Security and Privacy Policies
Eden Rising uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology to safeguard your
order and payment information. Your personal information is only viewable by
Eden Rising employees for the purpose of processing your order.
During your visit to our online store, the only information we collect is that
which is needed to process your order. We do not collect any personal information for
any other use without your consent. We will not share your information with any other
companies.
Shipping Information
We will ship all orders that are in stock within one business day of
receiving your order. We are extremely prompt and the majority of orders
go out that very same day. Generally, orders placed before 3pm EST will
be shipped that day. If any part of your order is back ordered, sold out,
or temporarily out of stock, we will promptly email you to discuss alternate options.
Shipping & handling is calculated according to the following table. Some larger items such as didgeridoos have additional charges to reflect their bulky size. We are proud and pleased to pass on these low rates to our customers!:

or email us at info@edenrising.com and we will be happy to discuss shipping charges with
you personally.
All international orders are paid in US funds.
Allow additional delivery time for all international orders.
Return Policy
Eden Rising has a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
return it within 30 days, and we will gladly refund your money.
We are proud to extend that return and exchange period this upcoming Christmas season!
Any purchases made between now and December 25, 2002 can be returned/exchanged
up to January 24, 2003. All items returned to
Eden Rising must be in original condition. Please package merchandise well and include
a copy of your original receipt. Also note that you are responsible for postage paid on
all returned merchandise. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Payments and Taxes
Eden Rising accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and
personal check. Orders will be shipped upon receipt and validation of payment.
Sales Tax is applied only to those orders shipped within the state of Maine.
